Only snafu was that they forgot to install the shutters on the windows before leaving, but I also forgot about it when inspecting the job. Shutters were onsite but stored in a closet, so we both forgot LOL. They responded immediately and returned by the weekend to finish the job. They also follow up and honor their guarantee....we had a small hole in a piece of our siding at our primary home and a small piece of trim that came loose at the eave of our house...they came and repaired this promptly and no charge."
