I waited for a hard rain to see if the roof had been repaired and we had a hard rain on yesterday and my roof is still leaking. I just spoke to someone at Prime Roofing and they are supposed to get someone out on tomorrow. I gave a grade of F related to quality because my roof is still leaking.

I left a message at 7:50 and they responded about 8:10. They couldn't respond immediately but they had someone out there by 11. They were quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. I like that they call 30 minutes in advanced to make sure someone is there.

"The move was professionally done. Members of the moving team were pleasant and informative. They carefully assessed the best way to get the piano in my house. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage."
