"Contractor exceeded expectations. Contractor diagnosed issue and resolved, even when project became more complicated. Project started as simple door and frame replacement because of water damage, and turned into larger and longer project that required replacing studs, drywall, and repainting in addition to door frame replacement due to old termite damage because door frame would not secure to damaged studs. "My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
