ET Services Inc

Was referred to them by my home warranty company. After the initial referral to them, I did not hear from them for 2 days and emailed the contact I was given. The next day I called the home warranty company again who again dispatched ET. 2 days later I received a call stating that they were at my home. Since I was out-of-town, I had to reschedule. The next week the plumber arrived and stated that the issue was that someone had turned the thermostat down. I found that curious since I had not done so, I live alone, and the hot water had stopped working abruptly. At any rate, it did begin working again but went out two days later. I called ET back who scheduled service for a few days later. Remind you, I haven't had hot water this entire time. The plumber returned and replaced the thermostat as well as heating elements to no avail. They then stated that I had to call the home warranty company again and request an electrician. I did so and was again referred to ET. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later (still no hot water). The electrician arrived and was able to resolve the issue in an hour or so and I have been in hot water bliss ever since.

They were prompt, efficient and did a good job. They were there on time and they did a good job.
