Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I spent 700 dollars to get a water pipe fixed . I Needed this old pipe and band-aid peice cut off and done right by braizing the pipe. The roto rooter guy did not cut the piece off at first and tried to leave my problem the way he found it . He rigged the pipe after I told him that it wasn't even fixed without braizing the copper pipe . Just rigged it. Then Mike calls me from Roto Rooter to fix there mistakes and never called me back. Below is the pictures of the rusty pipe and band aid Roto Rooter tried to leave on . I WANT MY MONEY BACK. GO TO A REAL PROFESSIONAL IF YOU NEED SERVICE!

Pipe was cleared that day and access pipe installed the next day. Old pipe was about 4 ft deep. Pleased with results.

His repairs were fine and I didn't have any more problems. Also, he was able to save me from making an unnecessary repair by adjusting a second faucet that I was having trouble

I called Roto-Rooter thinking I had a  specific problem. When Mike (aka "Lucky") arrived he assessed that that was not the issue. He then patiently answered all my questions. I did have another small item to repair which he completed. I would definitely ask for Lucky again if I have plumbing concerns. I think the price is high, but have nothing to compare it to. Having the coupon from Angie's List helped.

I called root-rooter on a saturday and they were here in about 45 minutes.  No weekend or holiday charges because it was during the week so I agreed to them coming out, they even quoted how much it would be after giving a description of the problem and agreeing to their fair price.  Cameron and Johnny came out and were very professional and didn't mind at all that I was over their shoulder picking their brains on the whole plumbing system.  I had a seriously clogged drain in the dwv under the slab and were able to clear it and even gave a 30 guarantee where if it clogged again, they'd come out for free to take care of it.  I was very impressed with their work and would definitely call again if I had another serious problem like the one I had.  Great job to them!

I tried with the liquid plumber and it helped but it still just wouldn't work so I called them to get the clog out. They did a good job and the man seemed to know what he was doing, so I hired him to install a new dishwasher as well. He took out the old one and I didn't have to worry about disposing it.

Roto Rooter (Johnny and Cameron) came right out on Saturday evening and the work was done Sunday morning.  Ultra-professional and did an outstanding job.  I couldn't be happier.  I was hardly even aware there was someone there doing the work.  The old water heater was old and rusty with welded copper pipes and there is no way I could have done the job myself.  They were in and out in less that two hours.

Rotor router sent someone out right away to look for the leak. They came back three times at different times of the day to listen with specialized equipment, ensuring they had the exact location of the leak. Once identified, the leak was repaired quickly. I have used this company several times and find they come out quickly, most often the same day that I call. The technicians have all been professional and courteous.

We have a concrete foundation and our pipes were corroded. They did work for us previously under different management and that work was still not complete when they came to do our sump pump, but they discounted the work. We were quite happy! The price was very good.

They were wonderful. They came out after hours and they came back and fixed the problem. They were good and their price was comparable. One time when they were going to be late, they called. I really had no complaints with them.

We called for assistance early on the Monday after Easter weekend.   Within the hour, the company returned our call and said that the service technician was "on his way".   When he arrived the went to work immediately.  To clear the drain, he had to drill through the drain from 2 locations.  He did the job neatly and cleanly.   We would give Roto-Rooter and their service technician, #126, an A+ rating.

The main sewer drain of my elderly parents' home was completely blocked causing backup in shower, tub and toilets of both bathrooms.  My usual plumbing company couldn't dispatch anyone until the next day, so I called Roto-Rooter.  Cameron B. arrived within two hours.  After several attempts to clear the obstruction from the roof, he was successful.  I asked him to replace the wax rings on both toilets, since they were obviously breached.  He did so quickly, and corrected a couple of issues with one toilet at no charge.
I appreciate the fact that Cameron was courteous, competent and professional, but on that particular day, I especially appreciated the fact that he showed up quickly and took care of a serious problem.

I contacted Roto Rooter in the morning and talked to a receptionist.  I
told her the problems we were having with our plumbing (sink not
draining, toilets bubbling when they flushed, and a soggy yard).  I told
her I was pretty sure it was our septic tank and wanted to have someone
out to take a look.  I asked her for quotes on what it would cost to
run a snake through our system.  She quoted me $150.  Then they sent a
tech out that afternoon (very punctual).  However, when the technician
arrived it went downhill from there.  I told him the problems we were
having.  He went outside and said right away it was a septic tank
issue.  Instead of stopping there and referring me to someone else he
continued to do work that amounted to nothing being fixed.  As he ran
the line on our septic tank he said it wouldn't fix anything (still
charged us the $150).  Then I brought his attention to the kitchen
sink.  I told him how it backs up as soon as you cut the water on and it
didn't do this in the past.  He opened the cabinets and looked at the
plumbing and said that our problem was that we didn't have a p-trap and
the plumbing had been done wrong.  I told him I understood that we
didn't have a p-trap and the plumbing could be better but it did used to
work properly.  He then proceeded to take our plunger from underneath
the sink and plunge it.  Then he said that was the best we could do to
fix it (also that he was doing us a courtesy by not telling Roto Rooter
he touched our kitchen sink because that would cost another $100). 
After an hour or so he tells us our septic tank is full and we need new
field lines.  I ask him how much that will cost and he said they don't
do those sorts of repairs.  Didn't bother to refer anyone and then
promptly collected his money and left.  Our toliets still act the same,
and the sink still backs up.  When we use the plunger on it, it causes
the bathroom closest to it to overflow.  I was very dissappointed with a national company doing such poor work.

It went perfect from start to finish

oncreteThe job took two days to finiish and on the first day they broke up the concrete floor and dug a hole about 2 feet deep. On the second day the plumber replaced a bad pipe and put in a clean out for the drain.
