Not well. He was prompt on coming out and giving us an estimate, which was fairly priced, but after the work was done, the porch leaked in numerous spots. We called to get him to come out to take a look, it took him over a month to even return the call. Then he sent his son out to "fix" it. Still leaked. We called and left several messages, he would return our calls sporadically, and always had some excuse as to why he couldn't return, said he wrecked his truck, then went out of town, then was busy on another job. After about 4 months we finally gave up. The porch has ALWAYS leaked. Due to improper drainage, the gutters were more prone to getting clogged. We do clean the gutters once a year, but last week half of the porch collapsed, broke our patio furniture, our grill. We called Dwight to see if he would come out and give us an estimate for repairs. He returned our call once, gave us a time he could come out, at 230 in the afternoon. Well my husband was at work and I had to go pick up my daughter from school, so we asked for a different time. We've left him 2 messages since then and have yet to hear back from him. Don't bother giving this guy your business. Once you've paid him he's done with you.

Awesome job! Looks as good as the owners assured me it would look.  The cover is attached to my house perfectly.  It also has gutters. I had a patio cover attached to a former house by a different company and there is no comparison. The job by A Plus Patio looks very professional.   I made an appointment with the owners to come to my home for  an estimate on Tuesday, March 24 and the job  was completed on March 27.  The  owner gave me suggestions on what would look best on my house and gave me assurance that I would be happy with the results otherwise I wouldn't pay until I was satisfied. Very friendly and personable people to work with and they guaranteed their work.   I will enjoy my patio in the warmer days to come and will also enjoy the energy savings from the reduction of my electric bill in the summer months!

My experience with A Plus Patio and Screen was outstanding! The owner Dwight Blythe came out personally to provide an estimate at exactly the time he stated he would be there.  He was very informative and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. This pricing is very competitive and reasonable.  His crew was very punctual and worked full days until the job was completed. They were also very polite, courteous and professional. The results were excellent and I am very happy I went with his company. A couple of days after completion (and after payment) Mr.Blythe personally called me again to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. He reminded me there was a five year warranty on all his work. He urged me to call him if any issues developed. I strongly recommend A Plus Patio and Screen to Anyone in need of their services.
