Josh and team at Western were referred to me by friends because of their honesty and prompt follow-up. They delivered on both aspects with us. Because we knew the job would be pricey regardless, we took a long time to decide on a course of action. Josh and his team were patient with us and were very honest and straightforward with their approach. The professionalism and promptness were top-notch and I've actually already referred another family friend to Western who I've learned was also satisfied with Western's customer service and fair pricing.
I would use Western again and refer them to others in a heartbeat.

The grill was an eyesore and only semi functional, AND it was connected to the home's main gas line. The technician cut it off, capped off the gas line and fixed the area to appear like nothing had even been there. I was extremely thrilled with that. It was a good experience, especially taking a chance on someone I did not know. GREAT job!!
