"I would like to give you a bunch of details but my part of the program consisted mainly of sitting back and watching Mike do the work.

I will say that I'm satisfied with the job. My computer's speed is much improved and access to various web sites has been seriously upgraded. One of the most important things I learned was that tons of junk came to the PC compliments of the coupon printer. The coupons will get you plenty of brownie points, but they are not worth the damage."

"The scheduling and price quote via phone had problems. I called to change the scheduled date over 24 hours in advance but they did not tell the installer, who then showed up one day early. Also, although I told them that I had a 60” TV, I was quoted the price for a smaller TV. This had to be corrected when the tech arrived. The tech was prompt, professional, flexible, and friendly. Did a great job."

"It went fine.  Though the tech that came was unable to assist with bringing Netflix up on my TV.  The original dates of service was Wednesday, June 17th and I had to contact vendor because tech did not show. Appointment was rescheduled to the 18th.

"All the providers have gotten expensive but less than comcast which is the absolute worst. Dish is very good service. Great picture. Responsive service people.
The only con is their on-demand for tv programs. It's lossy. Really bad.
