They are excellent. I needed a coil replaced that was going to be very expensive but because I was a maintenance customer, they gave me a price at their cost. I am very pleased with this company and I would highly recommend them.

High quality firm which is very professional and service oriented. Casey in Oxford does first class work and very knowledgeable. He inspected and repaired the unit and it is working normal at this time. Very honest in making recommendations and the repairs that may be needed. Casey inspects the unit and does small things like retape ductwork that is loose as part of the service call.

Air Conditioning, AC Repair and Heating Contractor are a good outfit. They have several technicians and a nice facility that you can walk in to. They have nice trucks. They're local, just ten miles down the road. They know what they're doing.

They were pleasant and did their work quickly.

From the time I agreed to have the work done there was excellent promptness and professionalism of estimator and work crew. The work was completed in one day and they did a follow-up visit 2 days later to make sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up the work areas and left it looking as if the new unit had been there forever (in a good sense). They wore shoe covering when coming in the house to install the new thermostat. They were professional, quick, efficient, and prompt. I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend then to family and friends. As of this date, the unit continues to function as advertised saving approx. $75.00 per month in heating and cooling costs.
