"The technician (Vic) was on time and did an excellent job. He was friendly and very professional. I’ve had no problems with my heating system since the repair. The heater runs excellent. The most important thing about the repair was the low cost. Another company would have charged twice the amount for the repair. I got low cost and quality service. I highly recommend this company if you need air-conditioning or heating repair. I’ll definitely call them again if I need their services."

"My gas fireplace would not come on. I consulted Angieslist and decided on Steve Ray's Services. The technician arrived within the four hour window. He was courteous & friendly. My husband and I had never tried the fireplace before, this is our second winter here. The home also has central heat which is what we used last winter. The technician was very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. He tried some things and asked some questions. It turned out that there is an unusual way to light the fireplace due to some attempted transition by a previous owner that was not completed. He showed me how to light the fireplace. It is perfectly safe and he resolved the issue that I had in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this comapny and technician (Jerimiah) to anyone needing help with their fireplace.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
