The front door was streaked, he professed to be an expert on stain and its application . He left the fan apart and told me to go to lowes get a new fan and put the old one in the new box and return it!
Technician arrived on time, and promoted the upgrade to the existing rollers to make the door operate more smoothly. I agreed to the upgrade (approximately $100, I believe), and the new rollers were installed. Door still was sticking, so he adjusted the chain tension, but problem remained....
