Bill for 2012-2013 had wrong dates but owner said not to worry. Some time during that year a keypad went bad so they replaced it w/one we already in the house. When they disconnected that pad they turned off the entire central station monitoring service for the house. This was not discovered until we got our bill for the 2013-2014 year, with the wrong dates again. Took multiple calls for Stephen to come out so during that time I got a quote from another carrier. When they came out to check the system, so they could quote, it was discovered we'd been paying for 24/7 monitoring but not was being provided. Eventually Stephen (Priority Alert) came out, fixed the problem & in order to make us happy gave us a discount on the 2013-2014 monitoring service. During that time the alarm went off 3 times, 2 we know were false alarms.
When we got the 2014-2015 monitoring bill it again had the wrong dates. After multiple calls Stephen finally called me back. Blamed his software program for having he wrong dates. It was agreed I'd fix the bill & email it to him which I did on June 25. He was going to turn around & send me another bill with the right dates. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!
When my new alarm company came out this week to change the system out we never even got a call from the central station monitoring company Priority Alert uses. Now I wonder how long my home was being monitored.
