Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "We had a really good experience.  The crew worked very hard, and did everything we asked.  When some unexpected things come up in regards to replacing a skylight, we improvised and came up with a great solution.  My husband climbed up on the roof to inspect the job, and the crew fixed everything he wanted changed.  When they left, they took every single scrap of trash with them.  Over the last year I have found 2 or 3 roofing tacks they missed, and we have almost 4000 sq. feet of roof. "These folks were very professional, but my expectation was different than the actual item delivered.  I anticipated they would want to see photos, know dimensions, really "get" my room so they could help me with a design.  I expected something that would reflect my room and help me visualize a design plan.  You know a sketch that took in my window placement and size, doorways, t he fireplace, etc.  They linked me to an online tool that asked several questions about my design style,  I thought it was a great start, but it was actually THE input session.  I did send along some photos as well.  While I hope they were considered in the response I received, it wasn't really evident.  What came back felt more like a moderately canned response built using a visual library of options on their side.   I only completed two of the three rooms I was going to do, as the result wasn't quite what I was looking for.  We'd have been more successful if the description was more detailed about the actual deliverable.  Nice folks and thorough in their follow-up.
