"I know this review is a little late, but here goes! We hired Jimmy to replace our subfloor in part of our conventional home. Jimmy was awesome from day 1! He came on time to do our initial quote and threw around some possible ideas, tried them and tried to problem solve to find the best possible fix for our floor issue. He was here for over an hour, crawling under the house, checking framing, measuring and explaining what he recommended; which was nice considering we had 3 other repair guys give us a quote and only stayed for 10 minutes. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure that the floor was completely sound, and also made sure to choose good quality materials such as the plywood. He chose to buy from one store over another because they had better conditioned wood. We can't say enough good things about Jimmy, he was on time everyday, explained his process, and even went out of the way to repair our threshold and included it in his fee. He has an honest work ethic, reasonable prices, extremely hard working and just an all around good positive guy. We will DEFINITELY use him again in the future!! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
