Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "We had a really good experience.  The crew worked very hard, and did everything we asked.  When some unexpected things come up in regards to replacing a skylight, we improvised and came up with a great solution.  My husband climbed up on the roof to inspect the job, and the crew fixed everything he wanted changed.  When they left, they took every single scrap of trash with them.  Over the last year I have found 2 or 3 roofing tacks they missed, and we have almost 4000 sq. feet of roof. "He was good.  We had some issues with the chimney at the top but we didn’t want to address it.  He said the top needed something for $1200 but we haven’t fixed it.  He was on time and he was a nice guy.  It was real clean, he bought his own vacuum and cleaned up after himself.  He was real careful about cleaning up his mess and I was impressed with that."
