Overall, very pleased! Their prices are at the top end of quotes but still competitive. However, what you gain in professionalizim is well worth not going with just the low bidder. They are extremely knowledgeable of the product and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. The installers did something I did not expect... they went through the entire set up routine for clock, timers, cooking, broiling, and microwave operations and even how to clean the unit. No need to read the manual.

Bought an appliance "on sale". Product turned out to be defective and missing parts. Installed on a Friday afternoon so had to go without the appliance for 5 days. I believe I was sold a defective appliance for a discontinued product line. The idea seemed to be that fixing the appliance would be accomplished through the one-year manufacturer's warrantee, thus transferring the problems with the appliance to me and getting the defective product off the appliance dealer's sales floor.
