We are proud to call TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Jackson the first franchise in Mississippi. Since launching the business here over 27 years ago, we have grown from two trucks to a fleet of 17 trucks. We are locally owned and operated and on the same street we started on in Ridgeland. We have also grown from eight employees to 50! \n\nFrom residential, multifamily to commercial moves, we are licensed to do local, intrastate, long-distance moves, packing services and junk removal. We can customize any move to your specific needs if it’s just an internal move within the house, or going across town or across the country.

"Proscape did a great job. I have used them for multiple projects. They’ve done everything from Irrigation system installation to drainage to General cleanup and improvement for us. Very reasonable pricing and a do what they say they are going to do which is pretty tremendous in today’s world!"

"Miller and his colleagues were able to do a lot of things quickly. Along with everything else, they also grabbed some old furniture that I needed help moving to the curb. They took several cares to make sure nothing was damaged during the move, including wrapping the furniture, turning off all the lights, and packaging the picture frames."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Who is responsible for construction debris removal depends on the language in the construction contract. Usually, the contractor is responsible for removal rather than the homeowner. However, removal and disposal tend to come with additional fees that should be listed as line items in the initial estimate. This way, the homeowner can negotiate and decide whether or not to DIY.

Yes, you can recycle a small appliance. In some cases, a small appliance is one of the easiest to recycle because it’s  easy to transport and is in high demand for use as scrap metal. The most common recyclable items include toasters, slow cookers, lamps and lighting, microwaves, and food processors. Charitable organizations, scrap yards and utility companies are good places to recycle your small appliance.

Grading complexity, debris removal volume, equipment, labor, and permits determine expense levels.

The four-box method for cleaning out an estate is a technique that can make large-scale projects more manageable. This method uses four boxes to separate items into four categories: items to dispose of, items to give away, items to keep, and items to relocate. You can sort items before a professional estate cleaner comes in to save time and money.

If you have a construction company on-site carrying out demolition or construction, the company will often include language in your contract about who is responsible for post-construction cleanup and brick disposal. If you’re responsible, you’ll have to hire a junk removal company or haul the material to a local recycling facility yourself. Double-check your contract before signing to see which party is responsible.
