I'm a single woman with two children and I don't know all that much about flooring. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what I wanted and then very patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions). He described all the different types of flooring available to me in my price range and the pros and cons of each style. He was very easy to talk to, explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. He gave me my estimate and started working on them the following Monday. He finished my kitchen floor the first day and finished the living room/hallway floors the next day. The third day he installed the base boards and other items. I am so very happy with how quickly it came together and what a wonderful job he did. My floors look so good now!! I was also very surprised that a week after installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the work done. I appreciate that type of follow up. I will definitely be using him for any future projects! The countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms were outdated veneer tops. Jeff removed the countertops and replaced the veneer with ceramic tile. He added a tile design over the countertop at one area and a backsplash over the stove. He had to do some design work to fit the tile over the dishwasher area, but when he had finished, we couldn't tell the difference. He did the same in the two bathrooms, the master bath and the extra bath. Everything looked so fresh when he completed the job. After finishing the countertops, I was so pleased with his work that I had him replace the laminated wood flooring in the kitchen and two baths with ceramic tile. He also tiled the utility room and the front entry. He was very efficient and did not stop until he had completed the work. His knowledge and expertise helped us in selecting our tile and grout to make the rooms really POP! I realized while watching him work, Jeff has set very high standards with his work, and when he ends a job, you will know that it was done to his high standards! I have been so pleased with his work and with the result of the renovation. I'm having him design the renovation of our master shower, and he has come up with a unique design! I'm excited for him to begin. Great COMPANY with excellent customer service and customer repore!!!! They want the customer to be happy, that is very apparent. They started by ripping off all the rotten facia and hardy planks and repaired all the rotten facia and even did stuff that was not on the estimate, they said they did not and would not charge us for that work but in order for the job to be done right and the repairs to be done correctly that work needed to be done as well. If they found something that needed to be done that was not included they fixed it as well and did not charge us extra !! They repaired all the walls that had holes in them and then they textured the walls so the imperfections in the orginal walls was not noticeable any longer! They painted everything inside and outside, including the cellings. They cleaned and repaired the flooring in our family room and now they look like they were never damaged in the first place. They cleaned the carpets and they looked great, however they said they did not do new carpet installation but could refer us to someone if we wanted to do that (all the carpet in our home had cigarette burns like a cigarette fell out of ashtrays and were left to burn themselves out). The exterior was repaired and painted and even some minor roof repairs were completed, including replacing hardy planks (siding), which they told us that they do install new siding if the customer wanted to check into doing that. They also cleaned and got all the plants in the yard trimmed up and the flower beds were weeded and some new plants (that we picked out) were planted and the whole yard was cleaned and the lawn was cut and now the exterior looks like it should be in a magazine it looks like a show place thanks to this company. The work they performed for us made you think that it was their home they were fixing up and repairing with the care and concern they took in the work they were doing. We would rehire this company again anytime to do any other work we need done! They worked and worked with hardly any breaks and everything was cleaned up each day before they left for the day. You could not tell that they were ever there since they cleaned up everyday and nothing was left laying around. Which was great! We cannot express how impressed we were with this company. They do pretty much any kind of work on a home. They told us that they also work on rental property,investor property,they do work for realestate companies they restore properties for all sorts of companies so that they can rent them or sell them. They said our house was not in nearly as bad a shape as some of the properties that they had been hired to restore in the past which they said were in horrible shape. Thanks to these people our house looks like a new house now (which it is not, it is a 30 year old home!!). I was their first stop of the day. I had gone to drop my car at the shop and when they got the answering machine at home, they left a message and also called my cell. Thank goodness they called both phones or they might have thought I wasn't home and wouldn't have come out. They worked very quickly and spread a large, heavy canvas drop cloth over the counters or floor where they were working so there was very little mess. The first day they came out and moved a vanity light fixture up about 2 ft., replaced 3 outside light fixtures, and checked our under cabinet lights. We found out they needed new bulbs and the transformer needed replacing. While they were here, I asked them about the wires in the wall where I wanted to put in a medicine cabinet. They checked and even installed that for me. They did everything in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked them for an estimate for some other things I needed doing and they gave me a price that was very close to the actual costs. They were able to come out the next day and do the other work I wanted done: added a new switch at the end of a hallway, replaced 2 bathroom fans and rewired our doorbell since the garage-door installer had cut the wire. As they were replacing a light fixture in the kitchen, one of the men brought me in and showed me how difficult it was going to be to change light bulbs in the future. He remembered that the reason I had him replace the 3 fixtures the previous day was because I had a hard time replacing the light bulbs on the original fixtures. He was very easy-going about taking down the new fixture and capped off the ends until I could get another new fixture to replace it. The work took about 2 1/2 hours the first day and about 4 hours the second day. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely have them back."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tn/bartlett/ellendale-electric-reviews-6366507.htm"},"position":9},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"Glass Block Factory","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"MS","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JASON S."},"reviewBody":"Barbara was a pleasure to work with the whole time from the immediate quote over the phone (based on my measurements), to scheduling the job within a week. We scheduled the work for a Saturday morning but due to an emergency Barbara called to reschedule to later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, rain delayed the project to the next week. Barbara called early that Saturday morning to inform us that they could not install due to the weather and immediately rescheduled for the following Saturday morning--and vowed to make sure the workers would be at the house between 8:30-9:00 am. The workers arrived at 8:55. The old windows were tough to pry out, but the workers were very considerate to put down covering on the floor and even on our lawn...or lack thereof since we have not had our sod installed yet! My ONLY concern: although the workers were clean and professional, they spoke little English, so it was tough to communicate with them. Other than that--GREAT JOB!"},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/il/chicago/glass-block-factory-reviews-100071.htm"},"position":10}]}

OMG - don't do it! Just don't. Concrete was brought out at 10:30 in the morning and was poured by 11:45. Craig and one other man began to spread the concrete and was still spreading it until 12:30 that night. When he left he apologized for getting concrete on my walls. It wasn't until the...

FAQs for epoxy flooring service projects in Louisville, MS
The cost of an epoxy floor is $2,430 on average, ranging from $730 to $5,300. Factors that impact the overall cost include the total square footage, the type of epoxy, and any decorative options.
The epoxy flooring cost in a one-car garage is $720 to $2,900. However, that cost jumps to $1,100 to $4,300 for a two-car garage, which is 360 square feet on average. Adding decorative flakes to your flooring costs roughly $10 per 250-pound bag, but if you want metallic epoxy, that’ll cost you between $5 and $12per square foot.
An epoxy floor can last between 10 and 20 years, depending on the material and its frequency of use. Factors like heavy foot traffic, sunlight exposure, and the weight of vehicles on it impact the overall longevity.
To ensure your floor lasts as long as possible, clean it often, as debris buildup can scratch the epoxy. Remember never to use any kind of rough pads, only a soft mop, to avoid scratches as well. In addition, if your epoxy coating needs repair, it’s best to repair it as quickly as possible to avoid more significant damage.
Since epoxy products are hazardous to handle, it’s best to leave this job to a professional epoxy flooring contractor. These flooring professionals will have the appropriate protective gear to stay safe during the application process and will use the correct tools needed for the job. In addition, if not correctly applied, the epoxy won’t harden correctly, causing performance issues. Hire a professional epoxy flooring contractor to guarantee a smooth, even finish for your flooring.
Spills like water, oil, or grease can wear down the epoxy's strength, lowering its lifespan. While this damage doesn’t happen immediately, it can accumulate over time, so cleaning up any garage spills as soon as they happen is essential. Avoid cleaning with or using dish soap on your epoxy floors since they will leave an unattractive residue. Instead, you can use half of a cup of ammonia diluted with a gallon of water for cleaning purposes.
Flooring professionals can typically apply epoxy within one or two days, depending on how much preparation or repair the old floor needs before application. However, you’ll need to wait after the application is complete to use the flooring. While you can walk on the epoxy flooring before it fully cures, it can take up to 72 hours for the epoxy floor to fully dry and be ready for full use.
