"Absolutely shoddy work. The installation team asked me to sign work completion even though the lock mechanism readily comes out, the screen door doesn’t fit properly in the sliders so it only fits sometimes, but comes out EVERY SINGLE TIME we try to open and close it. And the screen door doesn’t fit properly to lock most of the times when we get it into place. I was nice and signed off since they said they would have their team come out to fix the issues within the next few days since it was late. On top of that, I asked their team (who spoke broken English at best) to leave the expensive, custom French Doors they replaced because I had intended to use them for the new front doors. They took the French Doors. As if that wasn’t enough to ruin everything… I left my cell number for the call back on the work order, they called my wife’s cell to ask what the issues were, she didn’t know so they asked if it was okay to close the ticket without reviewing the issues. On top of everything else, they sent us plenty of files on care and use of their windows, but nothing on how to do anything with storm doors. Avoid these over priced “professionals” at all costs."

"PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO DOING BUSINESS WITH LEAFFILTER ••••• This company will rob you blind. Two sales rep came to our house to provide us estimates. Both Estimates were totally different. Sales rep. by name of “Rick” showed up at 5:30 Pm, wrote up estimate, he was so pushy to get us yo sign the contract that he made all kind of lies and keep forgetting what he had said, at 6:30 Pm he tells us if we sign the contract right then then we get a price of $4500 for partial gutter replacement. Rick claimed if we do not sign the contract and leave deposit with him before he leaves then our price will be $7800. Rick remind me a cheap car sales with minimum education and training who can Not get a job any where else than a dishonest, low class car dealer. He kept putting down all his compatibles rather than telling us the high points of LeafFilter’s ?? Cuz there is None. Rick keep trying to act cutesy?? Rick was telling us about his personal problems with his wife, like he never listens to his wife and always ignores her requests?? His wife turns the Best up to 90 degrees and goes to bedroom and turns the fans on?? You ask me this guy has chip on his shoulder, he is a lied and dishonest person in doing business and in his personal life.he acts like a looser red neck!! If a company hires this kind of salesman it is clear that they are not honest nor have any concerns for their customers. Against my wishes my sister hired this idiot. Next day we have two guys showing up at our house, they could Not speak English at all. The job was finished in such a rush, all the debris and garbage was left all over our yard and side walks. By then my sister realized what a mistake she had done by hiring this people, she had the payment check for remainder of $4400 in hand but asked the repair man’s to clean up after themselves as well as the roof of our garage that was left full of leafs and debris. The repair man refused to do so and left. Later on that night “Rick” showed up with an Attitude and treated my sister very rudely and accused her of not wanting to pay. I stayed inside since had I gone outside I would’ve thought this p*** a great listen to have respect for people, yet I didn’t feel my martial arts training should be wasted on a piece like him. Later on I found out my Mercedes Benz SUV’s front windshield is cracked, leaf’s and debris are all over my car. Even though I asked the repair man to wait till I move the car, they did not wait and told me no need for it. After a week I filed complaint with the management, I was supposed to meet them, but they never showed ip. Zack the manager called me and told me the night Rich stopped by my house to pick up the check, my windshield was not broken. Now if that was true why would he go indark and check my windshield for No reason?? Furthermore I have my two camera’s captured Rick Mot to be anywhere next the car!! Do you guys really want yo do business with a cheap car salesman, A Lier, dishonest person like Rick or Zack( the manager) ?? Can you trust them?? For sure I can not. "We paid them about $8k in 2008 to fix foundation and install about 10 adjustable 'lifetime warranted' pilings. No, it did not fix problem. So we had to pay them another $10k in 2012 when (lo and behold) they had to put in, yes, another 10 pilings (see, uhm, apparently, the problem was not with the 'warranted' pilings, oh noooo, it needed MORE pilings!). Again we had to pay EXTRA for the 'Lifetime Transferrable Warranty'. Guess what? It did not fix the problem! We just called them out again here in summer 2022, and (lo and behold) they need to put in 20 more pilings (you see, as a layman, apparently I just do not understand that the problem is not with the warranted pilings, noooo, it needs MORE pilings). This time the bill is $23k, you read it right, $23,000.00 and I was just about to pay it too, except for one thing... the greedy guts tried to slip in $3,000 of 'engineering' which when I questioned it was to cover work that should be warranted. Amber and Scotty are not going to cover the warranty on adjustments to 13 pilings previously installed, for which I paid thousands extra for the Lifetime Transferrable Warranty. So, I got on the buggy ride, I was determined to ride it out, why? So I could have a piece of paper called a Lifetime Transferrable Warranty to hand to a realtor if I ever sell the house. I know it is worthless now, less than worthless, it is downright expensive worthlessness. RUN don't walk RUN!!!!!!!!!! This is a very expensive charade with no end, just deeper and deeper sunk cost purveyed by dishonest operators who DO NOT HONOR their warranty on so-called work that they KNOW good and well does not WORK, it never fixes the problem, just sets you up for more costly return visits."
