Our experience was great! They were available right away and had amazing communication. They were very professional and careful to treat our yard with care.

They were fast. The project only called for about 3 yards of concrete, so they used the excess to pour me a concrete barbeque pad. It looks so fantastic that we are now saving to extend our back patio. We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend their service. Real professionals, they didn't even tear up the grass, and our slab was on the other side of the yard from the access point.

They were very polite, very professional. Cleaned up after them self. They did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond my expectations. Recommend them highly to anybody.

I appreciate his honesty and best workmanship for the customer. My husband and I are overall excited and we canâ t wait til he gets started on our next project and our next project and after that! After the concrete was laid they cleaned up and were so professional! His prices are great! For top of the line service. Go ahead and call them! You wonâ t regret it. You will only regret you should have called sooner!

They were very professional. Did what they said when they said it would be done. Everything went smoothly. Answered questions. Were polite. Price was very reasonable. When I need concrete work done I will definitely call them and recommend them highly. They do other things too!

Itâ s been a long time I have been so impressed with a contractor. Their price was very fair, they started the job in two days, they finished both the patio and driveway extension in one day, The men where excellent hard works did, dressed appropriately for the work to be accomplished, never used any language you wouldnâ t like to hear, and explained what they were doing as they went along,. I couldnâ t say enough good things about this crew, would contract with them agin without question .

They installed a beautiful concrete foundation for my patio. The workers showed up at my home early morning and completed the project in one day.

They took care of business very fast, in two days they completed the job Iâ m very satisfied with the work performed, our driveway can fit all our cars now.

Everything was done in a timely fashion and with professionalism.

John Bate's desire to take on something done poorly by others is a credit to his personality & professionalism. He took great pains to be extremely fair. His dedication & desire for perfection were uncharacteristic of anything we've experienced. We've encountered individuals of various faiths using religion to further business in a dishonest manner; John was the first to demonstrate how Christianity can & should be a part of everyday life in the honest & fair way he treats his customers. We're thrilled with his work but more importantly to know him. In life you meet many people; only a few make you realize we could be so much more.

Cotton Construction came out and replaced some rooftop trim damaged by squirrels. They came out as we had discussed and made the necessary repairs. It looks great and my wife could not tell where the guys made the repair. They did an awesome job.

Outstanding response & customer service. They called me back the same day and came out to complete the work the next day. They exceeded my expectations!!!

During peak season when I couldn't even get other companies to even return my phone call, Cotton Construction answered the phone late and was out the very next day. From talking to John, I can tell he took pride in his work and happily provided me with valuable information on dealing with the insurance as it turned out I needed more than repair and in fact needed a whole new roof. Soon as they left I was on the phone recommending them to a friend that was also looking for leak repair and when I get my insurance company on board I will be calling these guys for the new roof install as well.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Service Magic personnel AND from Cotton Construction. The fellas that showed up at my house the same day I called not only replaced my shingles, but came back the next week when I called them direct when another storm ripped off more shingles. Very personable employees and awesome at what they do. I will be replacing the roof here shortly and they will have my business. Thank you Cotton Construction for being who you are. Fantastic!

John and his associate did an exceptional job in repairing the roof leaks. They also advised me and helped with re-positioning the boots around pipes that I put wrong. After I found a corner place on the roof that were damaged by the bird nests, he is gracious enough to promise coming back to put a few pieces of shingles on. I also learned a lot from him which is very good. I would not hesitate at all to recommend him to anyone for any job. In fact, I already talked with him for other renovations that we plan to do. Mr. Cotton and his crew did a great job. After we received the quote, they were out the next morning putting on the new roof. They had it completed and cleaned up by the end of the day. We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Cotton Construction for any roofing project.
