I put in my request on Angi around four in the afternoon and Chris called me within an hour. He set up an appointment for the next day and had the new unit installed within a few hours. It worked fine for a short time then quit. I called Chris back and he responded promptly. After contacting the company, we discovered that the problem was the gas lines my builder installed. The newer units need more than the lines can provide. Chris quickly figured out a work around and the new unit has performed without fail since. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!"
