Dependable Air

Got an immediate response. Replaced a condenser on one unit & repaired/maintained two others. It's been a couple of months now & all units are working perfectly even in the most miserable part of summer. They were courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I looked on Angie's List and called Dependable Air Care. One of the owners answered and I could not have asked for better service. She got a serviceman to our house within record time, and he solved our problem! It was a simple solution and the bill was very fair. I will definitely use them again!

It went good. They said my pan was fine where someone else told me I needed a new one that would cost me $200 for pan & service charge to put in. So I appreciated his honesty. He gave us 2 quotes for new, more energy efficient AC Units when we get ready to upgrade. Everything is working at the moment & still cooling so Hope our Old one will last a little while longer. Brandi was easy to talk to and sent a tech over promply when I originally called.

Went great. I was originally told that the service tech wouldn't be able to come until after lunch. He contacted be around 8:30 am to inform me he was on his way. He checked my Freon levels and my filter to make sure everything was running smooth. Also gave me some good tips on how to keep the system clean and eliminate dust and allergens.

Dependable Air was very courteous, arrived promptly, and fixed problem reported.  Next, they monitored the system to ensure everything was working correctly.  By doing this, they were able to find another underlying problem.  This additional issue was small but it would have meant another call out to repair if it had not been found.

A free and accurate estimate, and all the terms were met.  Crew, including owner, arrived promptly, knew what they were doing, and called in extra technician to supervise a special problem.  The unit was installed within 3 to 4 hours with minimum noise and going in and out.  Now I'm freezing (feels so good!)

Arrived on time, did what he said he would do, and went through a check list. He was done in no time. Very professional.

Called when my furnace would not turn on the first cold snap we had, which was on a Saturday. Left a message and Jason called me back within 5 minutes. Was at my door 30 minutes later, diagnosed the problem with a few minutes and had the hot air running 20 minutes after arriving. Total time from contact to problem being fixed was 45 minutes.  I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this service!

Spoke with a Mr. Chris over the phone that offered to give me a telephone estimate for fixing a coil leak or replacing the unit. Of the four companies I called that morning Dependable Air Care was the only to offer an over-the-phone "guestimate". He asked for certain information about the ac unit and promptly called me back with an idea of a cost. He did warn me that it would be best to hv a technician come out for an official price, which he scheduled for later that day. Chris was extremely cordial and professional. He is a shining example of what "customer service" should actually be. The technician that came later was no different, customs and courtesies (military term) all the way. The estimate given was absolutely reasonable but not the best. Although I did not choose this company to perform any services I have to commend them for their outstanding (rarely seen) customer service!!!!!

Problem was related to mold on one A/C register. Tech was very thorough and pleasant. He cleaned pans, and verified drain lines were functional. This company provides good maintenance services.

We moved to a rental house because we are in the process of building. Of course that means having to hook up our appliances- our dryer would not dry. He was able to take apart the dryer and see what the problem was- the cost was really minimal. The man was efficient and honest. I was very pleased. We were prepared to pay much more and was shocked he diagnosed the problem and got the dryer working better than it had worked for over a year.

To replace my whole HVAC system soon.

Fantastic! These guys are great. I got an immediate response last night when I called; they called me this morning to let me know they were on the way. Evaluated the situation and found the problems and repaired them. Very nice to work with and the young man explained everything! I will be using these guys in the future!!!

Joseph came and inspected my unit and right away told me I needed a new fan motor. He got the part and I had cool air very soon.

I have used Dependable Air Maintenance for a while.  He services several of my apartment complexes and my home.  Joseph has always given us great service at a great price.  He will do his best to fix the problem without overcharging you.  He definitely knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him for any of your a/c needs!

He was really great, we've used him before.  He's really commendable, he really is.

He did a super good job and was professional. He's the best air conditioning guy I've had. He tested everything and told me what it was and fixed it within a hour and a half. He knew his business and got the job done.
