"Got an immediate response. Replaced a condenser on one unit & repaired/maintained two others. It's been a couple of months now & all units are working perfectly even in the most miserable part of summer. They were courteous and professional. Highly recommend."

"They were supposed to call me probably around October or Novemember to check on the heating system. Eventually I called them to get the service done. They came out late February, which seems a little late to be prepared for winter."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "I rate Heating A/C an 11 out of 10. The customer service was excellent. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job ahead of schedule. I had the entire unit installed, inside and out on one property and just the outside unit replaced on another property.
