They NEVER cleaned by HVAC coils and constantly overcharged me when I had someone come. For instance, a guy would be there for 45 minutes and I'd get a bill for three-plus hours. When I complained they adjusted the bill but after the fifth time I cancelled the contracts. After hiring a reliable small company, the coils were flushed and the problem was solved but the coils produced black water which meant they never were cleaned. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

It was very good. They don't exist anymore, they were bought out by someone else. They were very good. It took about 2 days for installation.

It didn't exactly work out they way I wanted it. They told me that it would keep the back part of our house cool and heated and we put in a really big unit, but it doesn't. They've been really good about following up on the warranty and all that kind of stuff. It was just the initial installation and the unit was too big. It's a really good unit. They've been sold to someone else, though, and my be changing their name. There were 3 or 4 people to perform the work and it took 2 days for them to complete the service. I graded them a "C" overall because of the cost of the unit and it didn't do what they told me it would do. They left the area perfect. Their service men are really good.

We called Hermetic Rush after literally being stood up by two other companies.  We had asked for our ducts to be re-sealed and insulated, but the inspector who came immediately understood that our problems were elsewhere.  He showed my husband the inside of our large AC unit, it was full of mold and bacteria. The duct from the unit to the house had not been sealed, so was leaking water into the ducts and unit.  The smaller unit was not as bad and could be cleaned out, but this one was too far gone.  They were amazingly professional, kind, quick, attentive and reliable.  I can't say enough about how well we were treated, and how I felt like they truly wanted to help us solve a problem.  We will definitely use them again when our smaller unit goes out (22 years and counting) and for any other problems I hope we don't have. I feel like it was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

They found the leak and it was in the coils. Unfortunately it all has to be replaced and it's more economical to replace the whole heating unit with coil then to replace the coil. I also don't need to redo the duct work, which would be a couple of thousand , I just need to have them re-wrapped with insulation. The repair man was very thorough and explained clearly what needed to be done. He also said that it would be best to wait til fall to have this done as the installer has to take more breaks during the summer and the time would be longer, which would mean more money from my pocket. Since I just put in freon I can afford to wait a few months.
The only negative thing I can say is that they were to get me a quote for the unit the following Monday and it's been two weeks and I haven't heard from them yet. I will call them and request a quote when it is cooler, which in the deep south could be November. Good for me as there will be sales.
I gave them a "B" on price but they are really no higher than most other a/c companies and I would use them again.

They were very professional and didn't leave a mess. After the 2nd call, I signed up with a yearly contract with them, because of how great they were.

They always have been very professional. I have been observing that our bill is about $10.00 lower. I think that is because of the new unit not necessarily because their work is that good.

They told us that we needed a new system but we went with another company. Their salesman came out and gave quote on another system. We didn't go with them because we didn't like the sales guy. He didn't seem to be really knowledgeable. The service call was fine. He just gave us a quote over the phone and didn't even leave any paperwork. I would probably not use them in the future.

The service was excellent and professional! There communication was good. They gave us options. They were above average. I asked for a certain ducting, and the gave me exactly what I asked for. The price, from what I found out through research, was right in line with everyone else for the system that I got. They are the only ones that I would use in the future.
