"The service was excellent quality. After resetting some sprinkler heads he showed me an areas that the water pressure was deficient. The technician dug up the water line which fed the area. He found where the line had been cut in 2 locations. It was cut by a by a fiber optic company installation in my neighborhood. He quickly repaired the 2 leaks. Very pleased with the efficiency and proficiency as the job resolved broke and incorrect sprinkler heads as well as an underground pipe that had been cut by fiber optic installation in my neighborhood. Lawns questions, answered by experts

Water regularly, avoid heavy foot traffic, and clear debris promptly to support lawn health.

Experts remove leaves methodically, preventing mold and allowing sunlight to strengthen grass, promoting robust growth.

It’s often not necessary to clean up rocks before you sell or donate them, although it’s a nice gesture. Cleaning the rocks you’re getting rid of probably isn’t worthwhile if you’re selling a large volume of small rocks, but if you’re selling or donating large boulders for landscape design, a quick clean might fetch more money or help out the donation center.

You can choose between weekly leaf removal services throughout the fall or a single cleanup at the end of the season. If you want to maintain a pristine lawn, weekly service is a good idea to keep up with falling leaves. Alternatively, if you prioritize saving money, you can wait until all or most of the trees on your property are bare and pay for a one-time service. In most areas, this is typically in early to mid-November. While a single service is more budget-friendly, your yard will not remain leaf-free for the entire season.

You cannot put anything you want into a rented dumpster, as there are significant restrictions on certain items.

Generally allowed items include:

  • Household Junk: Furniture, old linens, carpets, toys, small appliances, and excess trash.

  • Construction & Yard Debris: Wood, yard debris, roofing materials, old finishes, and other construction waste.

Commonly prohibited items include:

  • Hazardous Materials: Toxic waste, medical waste, dangerous chemicals, items with lead paint, and asbestos.

  • Flammables: Gasoline, oil, and fuel.

  • Specific Banned Items: Paint cans, electronics, batteries, tires, refrigerators, and hot water tanks.

Because rules can vary, you should always check with your specific dumpster rental company for their guidelines if you are unsure about an item.
