Shane and his assistant were friendly,efficient and very knowledgeable. we felt very safe with them and most importantly loved the pride and dedication they exhibited. These are qualities that are very difficult to find . We will continue to use Carson Cutters and will give theyâ  re names and numbers to all of our friends and neighbors.

Carson Cutters, LLC is a professional business and was very competitive with other bids we got. They showed up when promised and Shayne the owner had a way of totally understanding what we were looking for and got it done. His knowledge of irrigation systems is pretty amazing. His crew, Grant and Dillon were great at their parts of the team's efforts. They were impressive to watch.... My guess is that he and his team are the best on the MS Gulf Coast. As you can tell by my rating, I would recommend him for any irrigation needs.

Carson Cutters is the best! They came out here fairly quickly and were able to diagnose/fix my sprinkler problem in a short amount of time. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again, if need be. Highly recommend this company!

Dependable professional honest

Only company to return my call for lawn irrigation repairs. I had called 7 different companies.. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Worked with my concerns. Educated me along the way. Made suggestions where appropriate. I am extremely pleased with their service and business model. They worked me into their schedule 2 days prior to my booked appointment. Followed up with me 2 days later to ensure all was well and to inquire if further adjustments need to be made. I will use no other for my lawn irrigation needs. They are the best!!!

Very good quality irrigation system parts, very clean and good quality on the entire project. The man did an excellent job.

The service was excellent quality. After resetting some sprinkler heads he showed me an areas that the water pressure was deficient. The technician dug up the water line which fed the area. He found where the line had been cut in 2 locations. It was cut by a by a fiber optic company installation in my neighborhood. He quickly repaired the 2 leaks. Very pleased with the efficiency and proficiency as the job resolved broke and incorrect sprinkler heads as well as an underground pipe that had been cut by fiber optic installation in my neighborhood. Excellent!

Very professional, called then early morning and they were able to come by the same day and completed the job the same day. Lightning strike, replaced control panel and repiped and 4 control valves. Could not ask for anything better

I gave a 4.5 on quality of work only because it was just done. But they did give a year warranty in writing. Still testing the system. It was a complete redo of the main line Of the irrigation systemfrom a landscaper that was put in less than a year ago and couldn t get him out. I would highly recommend Because he is certified in putting in irrigation systems.

They had great communication and installed my sprinkler within a week of giving me an estimate. Very professional and personable.
