In this photo you will see that we utilize all our space to make sure we can fit all your items onto our truck. With our professionals at your services we assure you a safe and convenient move!
Here you see that we use a box spring to help stop items from shifting while in transit. With this box spring being placed like this it’s used as another wall to support boxes from shifting and falling in case of strap failure or anything.
In this photo you will see my crew member Russel loading the nose of our truck with boxes. With him loading the nose he is assuring that we use the maximum amount of space that we can possibly use.
In this photo you can see the same thing with our customers mattresses and headboard. We assure you that you furniture is safe and secure! With our washer and dryer wrapped in our extra thick moving blankets we assure you nothing gets scratched or damaged while it’s in our possession.

Piano Moving questions, answered by experts

Yes, many office moving costs are tax deductible, but only businesses are eligible to deduct moving expenses on their taxes. Personal moves, such as relocating for a new job or moving from an apartment to a house, are not deductible.

However, not all business taxes are deductible by that business. Deductible business moving expenses are limited to the direct costs associated with relocating office supplies and equipment. This process encompasses brokerage fees for securing a new location, space surveys, packing, loading, transportation, and unpacking. Costs related to moving employees or other indirect expenses are not eligible for tax deductions.

Hiring professional movers is usually worth the investment. These moving pros have the expertise and experience to get the job done quickly and safely, saving you time and potentially avoiding damage to your belongings. Professionals are especially a good idea if you’re moving long distances or large, bulky items, like furniture, pianos, or vehicles. Pros will also know when you need moving permits based on where you live and whether or not the moving truck will block traffic.

Qualified piano movers will take several steps to protect your piano from damage during the move. First, they'll wrap the piano to protect its finish. Ideally, they'll wrap the piano in a specialized blanket that features a soft, padded interior and a tougher exterior.

After wrapping your piano, the movers will securely strap it to a dolly for safe transport to and from the moving truck. Once the piano is in the truck, movers might put the piano on a piece of plywood to help level it during the move, depending on the truck bed. They will then strap it in place so it doesn't shift around during the drive to your final destination.

Most upright pianos weigh between 500 and 1000 pounds. Other vertical pianos, which are sometimes confused with upright pianos, may be between 200 and 500 pounds. Spinet pianos weigh between 200 and 400 pounds, console pianos are 350 to 450 pounds, and studio pianos are 400 to 500 pounds.

It’s not required. Some treadmills aren’t designed for dismantling, so you’ll need to move in one piece. Others can be quickly disassembled and reassembled, so taking them apart is a great way to save on space and make the move easier. Consult your treadmill’s user manual for more information and to find the best option.
