Movers showed up with no furniture dolly, no furniture blankets and no rope to tie furniture inside truck. I provided blankets and offered rope but it was declined. I was unaware that they didn't have rope until after the move and the furniture had fallen over and was broken and scratched and dented. Every piece of furniture was scratched, broken and ruined! Was unable to file suit because owner was on the run. No person was ever at the business address and owner had relocated several times making it impossible to serve court papers. Look at reviews and ratings at the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this company!

Please take my advice. Use a different moving company. The hourly rate was very competitive ($170/hr) so I chose this moving company. I made a serious mistake. It took them 8 hours to move a 1 person residence (just myself) 5 minutes down the road. My nightmare started when I noticed a mysterious withdrawal in my checking account a few days after the move. One of the movers had taken my checkbook out of my bedside hutch and fraudulently written a check. I spent endless hours the week following closing bank accounts, moving direct deposits and automatic payments, and getting new debit cards. I entrusted this moving company to enter my home and safely move me, and they sent this criminal to my home that stole money from my checking account. I am still in the process of getting these accounts and payments corrected 3 weeks later. I promise you that other moving companies may be $10-$20 more an hour, but it will be worth it to avoid what I have gone through. Please learn from my mistake and chose someone else.

So bad it was hard to believe. Refused to take all of our stuff (after agreeing to) so we had to rent a uhaul and move it ourselves. And they damaged (and broke) much of our furniture. Website is a scam

I was over-billed. I was asked to pay a deposit of $150 so I did. Then the men were late. Before they did any work I was automatically charged $750. I was upset because I’d never been asked to pay in advance. My son was there and helped the entire time. I had the packing done all they had to do was move me 3 miles into a storage room. I was quoted $180 an hour but then I was charged an additional $675 which was way over what I should have been charged. 6 hours was how long it took. Do the math here! He blocked my email. I’ve been charged less than this for a long distance move of the same exact items. Plus I had two men both times I last moved and it didn’t take them more than 3 hours. I’d never use them again even though the men who worked did their jobs slowly they did a good job but you cannot trust Vlad at all. Don’t be a victim! Use anyone else.

Very very happy with Spyder Moving. We moved from one condo unit to another in the same complex. The movers were very nice, polite and knew what they were doing. No damages to any of our furniture! Would definitely use aha and recommend.

I previously gave the service a D, I elevated it to a C only because I could not give it a C+. After my review I was contacted and was offered a remedy to repair what was damaged. I went ahead and settled with the company. However, I want to definitely apologize to the actual movers who assisted me they were hard workers and did what they were supposed to do which is move my stuff. I just hope that they are aware going forward that if a mistake is made that it is best to communicate with the customers instead of covering up and not saying anything. I also hope that the owner is aware to ensure customers know what to expect before paying and to answer the customers calls after the service is rendered.

My move with Spyder Moving Services was great! Their team assisted me into my new condo, which went very smoothly. I was able to sit back and relax, while they quickly unloaded the truck. Vlad has been completely unresponsive to my many requests to claim damages caused by the movers. Not only did they show up a day late to move us, but they damaged several items, and some boxes never made it to our new home. Vlad has a bogus office address in Hattiesburg MS and would never meet me in person. I would advise staying away from this company. Not happy.

"Sir, you did not pay for the move, therefore, we cannot proceed with your requests to claim damages. Your statements are false, and you are trying to add things up that did not happen or untrue. We apologize that we could not start your move a day earlier on your short notice request, but we started your move exactly on the date you scheduled. EVERYTHING was delivered to you. After loading 2 large box trucks, the box trucks were locked, and unlocked only when arrived to your address. NOTHING was missing, we took inventory and you agreed that all your boxes, furniture, and belongings were delivered in good condition, with no damages."

Stay far away from Spyder moving company. I requested 4 movers for 180/hr. The movers showed up 2 hrs late with a Penske rental truck and with 2 movers instead of 4. The owner is a Russian guy that's lives in Russia according to the movers. The owner charged my credit twice without my permission for 1207.00 and then couple hours later he charged it for 2401.00. The movers was only working for about 8 hours at the most. The guy stopped answering my calls. Stay away...
