DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Total ripoff! I found this company on Google and when I called and talked with their employee, Bill, about the plumbing issues, he was initially friendly and told me it would be a $45 trip fee...no prob, I thought! Then, after Bill arrived, he quickly told me it would be another $115 charge to diagnose the problem. He diagnosed that it needed a new "Y" fitting, which was located in an open and easily accessible area, right above the top of the washing machine. He told me it would cost me another $450 to repair it. When I asked him how much the "Y" fitting cost, she said $20 and the part was located at a store 10 minutes up the road. He then said he charges $275/hour, including the time he arrived at my home (which had already been 45 min), the time to drive to get the part and the time to install it. I had no choice but to just have him make the repair, as my husband is very handy but just had major shoulder surgery and was in a lot of pain and could not use both hands. After his quick repair, Bill then slapped me with a $596.50 charge. It was quite shocking. I actually have never written a bad review...ever. I either write 5 star reviews about companies or I don't write anything at all. This is a case where I feel it necessary to warn anyone considering working with this company. THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP-OFF! WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Bill responded quickly. He was able to diagnose the issue with my hot water heater and walked me through a few options. He offered to repair it on the spot and already had the needed parts in his truck. So much cheaper than replacing the entire water heater. Friendly and efficient. Yea for hot water!

Bill was quickly responsive to my on-line request via HomeAdvisor. I was looking for a gas line to be plumbed to the kitchen, and while we were looking at the piping layout, Bill commented on the obvious age of my water heater â it was over 20 years old. I had had concerns that it had approached, and passed, its expected lifespan but wasnâ t thinking about It at that time. Impressed that he noticed the impending need, I contracted with Bill to do that as well. He and his crew did both installs in one day. They arrived, and worked all day, respectfully, with masks and rubber gloves. Not easy to work under these conditions of COVID times, but they did it with enthusiastic professionalism. I definitely recommend and would work with Bill and Freedom Plumbing Corp again.

Provided same day service for water heater replacement. Practiced distancing and PPE. Left work area clean. Cheaper than larger companies and provide same brands and working hot water.

Bill quoted me $35 to look at the problem. He determined that it was an issue with the rubber gasket and that it would cost $175 to replace. That price seemed excessive. He told me that he had sold his company and would no longer be available if this did not fix the problem.

Quickly replied to my request and work started just few days later. Everything was left clean and tidy.

Bill was very pleasant and funny,good customer service. He helped us get the shower fixed and went above to make sure we got satisfied. I Would recommend him and hire him again.

It was a pleasure to work with Bill. He bailed us out in an emergency with leaky pipes under the kitchen sink. The quality of his work far exceeded our expectations.

Bill responded very quickly to a leaking pipe in our wall. He ended up having to remove the vanity to get to the leak and was very careful not to damage anything. Bill kept me informed step by step, and you could tell Bill is a skilled plumber from the high quality of his work. He left the area clean, and was very polite and professional!

Bill was easy to contact and arrived at the time we agreed upon. When he arrived he was able to quickly figure out the problem with my shower. He told me that the part that I needed was going to be difficult to find, so that the project would be expensive to fix. Once we agreed on a price he started the repairs. He had the part that was needed in his truck the whole time. He was able to fix in about 30 minutes. He over charged me and basically lied to me about getting the part. The first shower that I took, the handle came off. I went to Home Depot and replaced the damaged screw myself. Do not hire this company unless you want to be ripped off.
