I searched my neighbor’s recommendations on Nextdoor and replied to a post asking for contact information. I went to the company website at [*** Link removed ***] and easily scheduled an appointment online. I received a call back within the hour to confirm my appointment! Ronald came out on time to take a look at my issues and gave a more than fair estimate. He arrived at 7am the very next morning to begin the work. "This company was just awesome. Everyone was so nice and professional through out the whole process. The owner inspected the water heater and sent his repairman Scott out to repair it. My work schedule is hectic but they worked with my schedule and had it installed on my day off. I did not see very many reviews for this company but please dont let that deter you from using them. "It was a pleasure to work with Jim and Carol from the beginning of this project until the end. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and just down right nice people. The installers were on time and the countertops look great. A few weeks after my install, I found out I needed to have larger holes drilled in to my jacuzzi tub for the installation of some new plumbing fixtures. I was informed by the plumbers that they do not perform this service and I would need to call a granite company. I called Granite 4 Less to gather information on how to go about accomplishing this and within 4 hours the installers had stopped by my house and done the job for me. I was lucky they were working in Collierville that day. I really appreciate the extra effort Granite 4 Less made to help me finish this bathroom project."

"We ordered new kitchen counter tops without knowing that the contractors only disconnected the sink plumbing, and would not re-connect. the fixtures.
 In a panic I called Ken Tyler and told him of our plight. WHAM! His plumber was out that afternoon. It was a big job because our plumbing was not up to code (fly by night original installers) and plus, the new sink drains were offset and didn't line up with the existing plumbing. Ken's guys attacked the problem, completely gutted the entire system,and the next day, completed a very professional job. I highly recommend Ken Tyler Plumbing! The Angie's list discount helped, but more importantly, her recommendation of only the best is worth it.

"We called at 12:40PM and they were here by 1:48PM. They fixed the problem and were gone by 2:40PM. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Also during this time of Covid-19 they wore a mask which was most appreciate by this senior couple. Would definitely call them again."

I had my faucets replaced in my bathrooms as well. They were very reasonable, and right on time. The came in, and did their job. They are very efficient. "Paid cash. -----No definitive schedule initially. First startup delayed due to company ordering the wrong tile. Got the impression the company thought it was my fault until my evidence proved otherwise. Pricing of material not identified, rolled up into activity. To date unknown how much the tile cost, only that I had to pay $88.00 more for upgrade. Had to request additional shoe molding along side sink cabinets in both bathrooms at the end of the project; one would think that would come with the project. Shoe molding and cost did not come into question until I started asking about the possible removal of my base molding. Both bathroom walls were left with technicians' hand print smears. I expected to pay more due to engaging a professional company. Anticipated more transparency and made to feel conflicted in choosing Paul' Tile when I made a request into the company related to quality and pricing of the tile; I only wanted to have some written description of pricing per unit and quality of the tile I selected. Never received any descriptive correspondence on the tile in my bathrooms; only a verbal that the company uses good products and that I got a discount."
