"Overall good experience. Worked directly with the General Contractor, he was able to work around my schedule and ensure that all subs completed their work to our standard the first time! Upfront pricing, honest and provided flexibility in price. For example, I wanted to have my own painter. Additionally I purchased my own vanity and shower. He provided just a labor quote. Iâ ve already recommended to two friends!"

"MJ development did an amazing job. New cabinets were put into place as well as new floors. The bathroom was completely redone and MJ development l was able to make suggestions as to what colors would work best for the house. His eye for detail was amazing and I appreciate all of his input. He did not make any decisions without consulting me first but his ideas were amazing. He also built me new stairs and railings for the upstairs which were beautiful."

"I needed someone quickly, and Jason did not disappoint. He squeezed me into his busy schedule because he knew I was having new furniture delivered for my toddler’s room and that I was worried about the dresser tipping over. He also helped us move an oversized chair and hung a large painting. All easy jobs but they would have taken me hours, and I would have done a sloppy job. So nice that he is willing to do large and small jobs and that he fit me into his schedule even though this wasn’t a big job. I will definitely call him again.’"

"They've done good work. The quality is really good. Once they started the work it was done quickly, about two days. Rock solid and perfect clean up. Good technicians. They know exactly what they are doing. They give you a discount if you put a sign in your yard, the contract is put a sign up for a week a few times a year. They seemed to forgot to come get the sign a few times.
