"Had new seamless gutters installed by Bath Planet and the materials and workmanship are top notch! Sales process was very smooth and informative. I might have gotten a little better price elsewhere, but not for the quality of the product. The gutter will outlast my tile roof! I am a very satisfied customer."

"In â N Out Construction was very professional. They did the job in a timely manner and had all of the tools they needed for this job. They were also very tidy. They left the space cleaner than when they started. The door that I bought was a little bigger than the previous one but Jose was able to retrofit to the original opening. I would definitely have In â N Out Construction back to my house to do work."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Yes, custom designs match existing structural and aesthetic themes.

Building designers charge between $2,000 and $50,000, depending on project scope, complexity, and customization.

Mediterranean architecture comes from traditional building styles of countries on the Mediterranean Sea mixed with French, Greek, and Moroccan influences. There are three main types of Mediterranean architecture: Italian Renaissance, Spanish Revival, and modern.

Some signature components of Mediterranean architecture include red terra cotta roofs, archways, stucco siding, and metal detailing on windows. These homes often have balconies and outdoor living areas.

The cost to draw house plans typically ranges from $800 to $2,700, with standard blueprints averaging around $1,800. For a custom home, the cost is higher, with blueprints often falling between $5,000 and $20,000, and potentially more for very complex designs. Several factors influence the total price, including the project's size, the number of rooms, the type of drawings required, and the architect's experience level. You may also need to pay a structural engineer to ensure building safety, particularly for custom homes.

Most Greek Revival architecture homes are one and a half to two stories, depending on the footprint, which sets them apart from some Federal architecture homes that are three stories. The gabled roof on the second floor can sometimes cut into the living space, especially on smaller homes of this style, which leaves a much smaller living area upstairs.
