"It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy."

"What a great company! He came out on Christmas Eve and fixed my furnance. WIth a two month old baby at home I was in a panic to get the house warm again before a major winter storm hit. He showed me what the problem was and how to fix it if happens again. He gave us the military discount and let us know that he would be avaiable during the rest of the week if we should need him.
