"The man who came to do the work was professional and did the work as directed by his supervisor who didn?t know basic electrical knowledge. He was instructed to use smaller wire and much bigger breaker than is required and not what we asked for nor what was quoted. What he installed was extremely dangerous and fire hazard particularly since it was under the house in the crawl space where a fire would go undetected till too late to save lives. The electrician who came here had to replace everything he did to our specifications turning a hour and half job into a six hour job. It doesn?t appear that the electrician in charge is an actual licensed electrician and clearly doesn?t know what he is doing. We worry about the young apprentice sent out to do the work will end up killing somebody from following instructions from his incompetent boss. "

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Had them install a new unit last Soring. They took the time to explain all of my options and gave me the best overall value. They also helped me get some rebates due to the green energy of the new unit. They were on time, friendly and left the place as though they had never been here. The unit was amazing this summer and we saved just as they said. We just had sub-zero temperatures, which are rare in Missouri. This Daikin unit was amazing in winter too. I even called them once already with a potential problem. They came out quickly and identified it was not an issue but were again very nice.
