"I would not recommend Michael or Third Generation Construction LLC to anyone. Michael originally was easy to work with and quick to schedule. This made me feel comfortable enough to get him on the books to get work completed. After he was finished with about 90% of the work, leaving a missing faceplate, a few missing trim pieces to cover up some massive holes in my drywall left by poor planning, and a few conduit hangars that were more just load on the conduit than they were anchors to the wall, Michael has done well to avoid my calls and completely refrain from rescheduling a follow up to address any concerns. An entire circuit that he installed had to be shut down and isolated as the outlets smelled like electrical fire and refused to operate beyond the initial test. Now I'll be out additional money to have a real professional come in and rework or verify everything that I had just paid $1600 for."

"We were very excited to hire them, however they lied to us since day ONE. We were told they would be 3 men working instead we ended up with HALF a man. We were getting charge constantly for things that we already paid for and when we questioned Wendy she would get upset and try to offer us way for them to keep our money. They were very unprofessional, leaving spits bottle all over my house. DO NOT let the pictures you see online fool you, Casey is an amateur he would sit and watch how to do things on YouTube. Letâ s not forget they are very indolent we were told they work 9-3 they NEVER work a full day, they donâ t respect timeline they were hired to work 4 months in our house they worked MAYBE 5 full weeks out of the 4 months. We love our kitchen but thatâ s because 99% of the work were done by other people(our cabinets and granite) If you are able to record every conversation you have with them please do, because THEY ARE LIARS they would tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. "This company was not upfront with their pricing at all. I feel like I was robbed. I was expecting to pay about $300 for my pool to be closed for the year. That is roughly what I have paid in the past 2 years. This company did not tell me that they were going to charge $203/hr between 2 people. They did no other repairs, just felt like charging $1,100 to close a pool. I did not know I was going to be paying someone what I would pay my lawyer to close my pool. I would never have used this company if I would have known I was going to be paying over $1,000 to close a pool. That is insane how they feel comfortable charging that much. There are so many other great pool companies in Springfield to choose from. Please take my advice and use an honest company. I will never use this ridiculous company again."
