Showed up on time and did a good job. Will use for our next seasonal clean up

Hired in March and did not show up till October worked a couple of hours digging around the house to fix the leaking basement. Paid half upfront and do not return phone calls...ever. Would not ever recommend it. The basement still leaks and they are suing me for balance. Broke all steps then never replaced and left the yard where I cannot mow with rocks and big mounds of dirt.

Installers courteous and efficient. Yard in a bit of a mess, but can't really be helped when installing sprinkler system. Answered our questions and concerns when we asked. No problems.

I gave them a deposit for a job that I wanted done by July 30 on June 26 and was told that it would be 2-3 weeks. I really wanted this done for my wedding party and told them that. Week 4 came around and we had to call them since we had heard nothing from them. That was Monday, told they're coming in Tuesday and they knew there was a deadline. It is now Wednesday and have not seen them or been contacted. As far as I am concerned this is pretty rotten. I am from Kansas City and used HomeAdvisor there and always had good people, obviously not the case around here.

The workers were very good and the finishing people were very good at cleaning up. He was hard to get on the phone for a few weeks after the date he was supposed to start. Then he started talking to me. He would make promises and not hold them. The one worker said he'd be back the next day to finish the finish on the concrete and that never happened it's kind annoying. Overall no I wouldn't recommend him. Again his workers were very good and did what he asked him to do and the girl that did the cleanup was great. But is a manager a lot to be desired.

Don't hire them for concrete work.

I hired them to put in a patio. Sounds simple but I was left with an eyesore. The owner insisted that instead of using wood to make the forms, they wanted to use huge retention wall type blocks. There are so many things wrong with this project, it's hard to know where to begin. It's not straight, the front edge is bowed out, the concrete is not level with the blocks and when they tried to fix it with a "patch", that's not the same color as the concrete, and it is still not level with the blocks. Since the surface is not level, after a big rain last night, puddles have formed in several places. Instead of first leveling the plot they raised one side 18" from ground level .and part of the back side. The patio was to match up to the existing sidewalk but ended up being 3.5 ft away. Steps were created out of the leftover block caps but they're also crooked and have gaps. I asked the owner to come out before the concrete was poured and he said it looked okay from the pictures and didn't need to come in person. The workers admitted they are not concrete professionals. The owner overstated their abilities and ended up leaving this customer with a mess. I have asked for a partial refund, but have not heard back from the owner. Customer service does not exist with this company. I tried calling the owner several times with no call back. He prefers to communicate via text. I cannot recommend this company for concrete work.

They arrived within an hour I would guess, which I would call prompt service. Seemed to share medical concern if I would need supplies or to get out. Genuine courteous. And the price was as quoted over the phone. Thank you. I would hire them again.

Sod install. Very efficient.

He repaired the system at the agreed on date. Works great so far.

The employees were hard working and always asking if everything was ok. Good teamwork.

I asked them if the sod needed to be rolled after putting down. The installers said no. I wish I had insisted that it be done. You can now see fescue growing up between the squares of Bermuda squares. The yard looks like a checker board.

The owner was polite. Although it was very pricey, thought it would be exceptional service and looking professional landscaped, not the case. Took his workers a second time too complete the project, still not satisfied. How hard is it to line up stones and get them leveled and straight? Not recommended for landscaping, could be recommended for mowing or trash clean up.

Very pleased with job! They have made the trees in my front yard look great!

they have only been out twice to mow and both times left part of the yard un-touched and very poor weed eating. I feel the price was fair and they returned my call promptly.

I would not hesitate to hire R&D lawn care & landscape for any project we needed that they could provide !!
