"After agreeing on a time to meet, arrived on time to look at yard that needed clean up. Was supposed to get an estimate back quickly but it turned into a several day wait. Had to call to remind we were still waiting. Once back on track, the maintenance person came to rake up the yard and did a good job with my rake. His was a skinny metal tined rake that was pulling up the grass so I supplied a bigger, wider plastic rake so he could get the job done quicker. I have scheduled to have them back to do the lawn mowing so I'm happy with there work."

I am getting a home ready to sell, and it needed a lot of work. 13 foot stump was a tree that had grown around a chain-link fence. He chopped away the whole thing and had to replace a section of the chain-link fence. He put in a new garden and mulch in front, trimmed up some trees and cut away a lot of weeds.
