"After agreeing on a time to meet, arrived on time to look at yard that needed clean up. Was supposed to get an estimate back quickly but it turned into a several day wait. Had to call to remind we were still waiting. Once back on track, the maintenance person came to rake up the yard and did a good job with my rake. His was a skinny metal tined rake that was pulling up the grass so I supplied a bigger, wider plastic rake so he could get the job done quicker. I have scheduled to have them back to do the lawn mowing so I'm happy with there work."

They did LOTS of work: trimmed several large trees near our street, installed our new mailbox, completely redid our drainage on the sides and back of our house, removed a 20 foot shrub (including the huge stump), cleared out weeds and completely cleaned out and renewed our garden (leaving three redbuds and a rose bush), laid down mulch in that garden, cleared out brush in another corner of the yard, put down dirt, did rock edging on both gardens, seeded the lawns, put down weed preventer, and hauled all of the trash away. Later we talked about bug repelling plants we could add, and Chris spent a good amount of time giving recommendations, and we could not be more pleased with them! "I had to hire Carlos to do a massive yard cleanup, garden, cleanup, and stump removals. I am getting a home ready to sell, and it needed a lot of work. 13 foot stump was a tree that had grown around a chain-link fence. He chopped away the whole thing and had to replace a section of the chain-link fence. He put in a new garden and mulch in front, trimmed up some trees and cut away a lot of weeds. I highly recommend him."
