He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. He helped review some WiFi settings to better streamline access to a single printer by all our devices and walked me through a signal check on each level of our house to ensure we were setup efficiently for streaming and game playing by everyone in the household. Lastly, he helped configure a few items on our new laptop that we wanted, but didn't know how to do. All-in-all, he was professional and delivered results in a short, efficiently managed timeline.
