He helped review some WiFi settings to better streamline access to a single printer by all our devices and walked me through a signal check on each level of our house to ensure we were setup efficiently for streaming and game playing by everyone in the household. Lastly, he helped configure a few items on our new laptop that we wanted, but didn't know how to do. All-in-all, he was professional and delivered results in a short, efficiently managed timeline.
