"We quoted him a ballpark number as antenna install are never set in stone on the time it takes, we told him 430-520. I asked my partner about this and that is what he remembers as well. We are extremely good about keeping places clean. We have a vacuum we bring into every site. We apologize for any inconvenience to you, but we do feel this was harsher than what was needed as we were very polite and friendly and took care of your needs. Thank you."
