"He killed my tree. I'm pretty upset by that. He also obviously didn't listen when going over what I wanted done and charged me extra for an area that was already supposed to be part of the estimate. I ended up doing 75% of that area myself. He's a really nice guy but I feel like he over extended himself with work and overlooked several things. We discussed him leaving a plant I wanted, he pulled it up as well. Not the worst job but certainly won't hire again. "

"If I could give this guy a zero rating I would. He came 2-19-20 to give us an estimate on our failing toilet and drippy faucet. He was coming yesterday, 2-21-20, to do the repair at 3:30pm. My husband took the afternoon off work to be home. At 3:40pm he still was not here, so I called him. He told me I should **get someone else**. He comes across as a **good old boy** and will talk your leg off. Even about other customers. He drives a retired vehicle and I would think would have ample room to stock normal plumbing repair parts such as a toilet fill valve one would think. Unreliable. Move on from him is my opinion. My husband was so mad he watched online videos, and did the necessary repairs for $20."

Todd started with the the side of the structure with the most damage. The results, thus far, are amazing. The side he is working on looks nearly brand new. I am not only impressed with his attention to detail and craftsmanship but also his willingness to articulate his ideas, processes, and techniques. Finally, his time management is outstanding. I have worked with other craftsman in the past and although they might have done great work, showing up on time wasn't always the biggest priority.
