Then they leveled out fresh top soil and provided proper grading for drainage. Then they laid and watered fresh dormant fescue sod, and gave me instructions for care. Worth every penny, took thier 4 man crew 6 hours to do a job which would have taken me a lifetime"

When you don’t aerate your lawn, the soil will become more compact over time.
