We moved into a brand new home last year. The sod put in by the builder was horrible. My daughter had used R&S at her home and suggested I try them. Now a year later, the lawn looks great and lush and I get plenty of compliments. In fact 2 neighbors are using them and have thanked me for the recommendation.

Fertilizer 7 was done quickly and efficiently.

Professional and courteous. Crew that did our installation was very efficient and performed quality work.

The in-ground system they installed several year ago would not work and we had extensive landscaping just done. During their busy season, they showed up and had the system working in short order. They let you know when They will be there and always show up on time.

The overall experience was good. The project estimation sheet was detailed and provided information related to the equipment to be used (three different options were presented) as well as a schematic of proposed sprinkler head placement. Installation proceeded exactly as scheduled. The quality of work seemed good except for installation of the inside water tap for the system. Sharkbite fittings were used which resulted in a less stable installation than I would have liked. Admittedly, I am somewhat particular about such items. Additionally, the backflow preventer had a small leak at a fitting after installation, which I pointed out to the installer. He was very cooperative and attempted to repair the problem but the fitting was still leaking the next day. I communicated this fact via e-mail did not receive a timely reply. In fairness, I did indicate that it was not a critical item but that it would need attention at some point. All in all, a relatively good experience that flowed smoothly and the system seems to work well. Edited Review - After my review was posted by Home Advisor, I was contacted immediately by R & S customer service, a point to their credit. It appears I may have used the wrong e-mail address for my communication regarding the leaking valve. My error.

They arrived on time, completed the work efficiently using good equipment, answered all my questions, and provided a list of helpful suggestions.

Super friendly, explained everything and fixed the problem. Cost was in line with what I expected for fixing a broken sprinkler line. I would definitely do business again with R & S.

The scheduling was a little confusing and took longer than it seemed, but still better than other companies.
