"We bought a house recently. The inspection report called for installation of an expansion tank and lengthened drip leg on the HW heater. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

"Takes for ever to get a return a call. Also took a week to get someone out for repairs. They said they would reimburse me for septic repairs and it took over 3 months for that to happen."

The size of your water well pressure tank is limited only by your budget and the amount of space you have to use. Larger tanks can hold more water, meaning your well pump will need to cycle less often. This can extend the life of both the pressure tank and your well pump. Larger tanks cost more and take up more room, though.

The purpose of a septic tank is to allow solid wastes to separate out of the wastewater using time, gravity, and other natural biological processes. Depending on the size and location of your septic tank repair job, you may want to let the septic pros finish before tackling other backyard work. However, in some cases, it’s not a bad idea to coordinate between your providers if the timing’s right and your septic repair pro says it’s safe to do so. For instance, if the septic repair work is happening in the fall, you might want to take advantage of the opportunity to prepare your backyard landscaping for winter , or in spring, start mulching the garden beds.

Neither system is necessarily better or worse than the other, but one of the two might be better for your needs. For example, anaerobic systems are less expensive than aerobic ones and don’t use power to run.
