That said, we worked through this system, worked around my travel schedule, got it in, fixed issues that were underground that we did not know about (liked unmarked drain tile and a neighbors sprinkler head that was a little too close to the property line. "This company is good about making service calls in a timely manner. However, I was very disappointed in the work. I believe they mis-diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator by not taking the proper time and thoroughness required to make an accurate diagnosis. So, I was charged $95 for the service call and $330 for the repair that did not fix the problem. I called them out again and they did waive the service charge since it was within 30 days. This time they diagnosed a different problem quoting me $960 to fix it. So, basically, I am out $430 for a fridge that still has a broken ice maker. No way am I going to pay another $960. Ridiculous."
