 + -1 moreMatthew Crider installed the wrong size A Coil in our central Air Unit; he installed a 3-ton A coil into our unit, it requires a 3 & 1/2 ton A coil. Due to the incorrect part being installed, it grounded out the entire unit. Cost to replace it is $3,100.00. Matthew refuses to return any of our MANY calls & e-mails. Also, he installed lights & outlets into a garage building for us. 1 day after his installation, 1/2 the outlets and the outdoor light stopped working. Matthew doesn't stand by his shoddy work. He came out to our home promising to fix his outlets that stopped working but only took a Little Tykes children's bench seat/toy box from our driveway and disappeared, promising to return the next day to fix his work. He never returned and doesn't return any calls or e-mails. The last time I tried calling him yet again, a few weeks ago, one of his children answered his phone and told me Matthew Crider couldn't come to the phone because he was in jail. DO NOT HIRE MATTHEW CRIDER, you'll DEEPLY regret it if you do!!!
