The company messed up the first time. Carl the mover moved me two times. The first time around they were supposed to send 2 24 foot trucks and 5 men just to get it done in one day. They did not get it done in one day. They finally came the next month on the fourth to finish moving everything in one truck. They finally moved the rest of my stuff on the fourth. They moved all the light stuff first so I had to get another storage unit. They still haven't finished moving my friend’s house. Three weeks later, Carl the mover got me out of a jam. This was the only credit I could give them. I moved into a person’s house who stressed me out so badly I wanted to move out since day 1. Carl had the company truck and said he could help me and used the company truck which was against the rules. This was the second time. The third time, when I was ready to move into my house was on May 6th they used a small U-haul truck with only 2 guys. They only moved out 1 unit but left behind the third unit and condense it to the 2 smaller units. Because they did not finish the job they were going to come back the next day and finish the job. He never showed up and never called. I haven't heard from him since. I called the office and finally got in contact with Peter who said that they are going to fire Carlos for using the company truck. They're now giving him the option to move me for free or fire him. When I talked to them this past Sunday, Peter offered to move me for 25% off. Carl is no longer with the company. Now when I talk to him he is saying he will offer to move me for 50% off. Now he is saying the only way he can do it for free is if he talks to the owner. I have been waiting and I haven't heard from the owner or Peter. I have called them multiple times with no response. Now I have State Farm involved with the company but they can't seem to find any open policy with this company at all which is very sketchy.
