"My dumpster arrived on time and was placed exactly where I asked for it to be placed even though nobody was home. I was able to pay online with no problem. I requested that the dumpster be emptied and replaced and instead of them dumping it and bringing it back, they actually brought an empty one and dropped it off before taking the full dumpster away so there was no lag time at all. I would highly recommend this company."

"Really great service! Needed some stuff hauled away and he was able to be here quickly. We had a lot of old shrubs and brush that he made quick work of. Would certainly recommend and plan to use again in the future!"

"Excellent service! The owner removed my old couch from a third-floor apartment all by himself, quickly and professionally. Even though it was just junk, he handled it with great care and respect. He was punctual, friendly, and made the entire process stress-free. The price was very reasonable, and the service exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by his hard work and attention to detail. I highly recommend Eezee Moving Service!"

Waste Removal Services questions, answered by experts

Furniture removal costs between $50 and $400 on average, but the price highly depends on the type and size of the furniture. Some companies will pick up furniture that can be donated for free or for a small fee. For larger home cleanouts, furniture and general junk removal can cost up to $600 on average.

You have several options for disposing of excess sand. Any extra sand from your project can be used as part of your topsoil mixture to level out an uneven lawn. You can also donate it, give it to a green waste facility, or ask neighbors if they need sand. Another option is to try reselling it on a marketplace or simply returning unused bags to the original store.

Whether you or a professional disconnects the gas stove (and for the most part, it’s best to leave this to the pros), to dispose of it, you’ll likely want to contact a junk removal service. You could also potentially rent a dumpster or search for appliance recycling facilities in your city.

Depending on your location, you can bring items to your local dump. It’s important to check their guidelines on what they accept, as not all dumps will take all items.

In addition, renting a dumpster is an option in most areas. Renting a dumpster will cost around $400 for a week, including the cost of hauling it away. However, it does not include labor to lift heavy items into the dumpster. If you have very large or heavy items, chemicals, or other items that you cannot bring to your local dump, contact a junk hauling company.

Parts of a mattress that can be recycled include the metal springs, wood frame, foam, and some fibers like cotton or wool that may be found in the fabric. Not all recycling centers accept mattresses, so call ahead. Alternatively, some mattress manufacturers take used mattresses for recycling.
