"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.

He looked at it and said it was fixed then he left but actually it wasn't fixed. Another guy came again and he said it wasn't fixed because they never replaced a certain part so when he replaced that part, everything was fine. The responsiveness is pretty good. Professionalism is excellent. They were polite and knew what they're doing except for that one guy only."
