Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

"I called the day before and Gary set up an appointment for the following day and gave a time frame when he would be at our house.  He was punctual and very friendly and after looking at the water softner that needed to be disconnected..he said it was an easy job.  He asked if we would like to have them haul off the water softner and we were glad to have them do this for us.  We were also impressed by the cost of the job.  We thought the job would be higher..but we were pleasantly surprisedd by the total of $60.00.  I found Gary McKinney Plumbing on Angie's List and chose them because fo their great reports.  We will definitely use this company on any plumbing needs we have in the future.  GREAT COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES!!!!!!"

"Great. Old water heater busted during the holidays. Don came out to replace with a tankless model on New Years Day. He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge. I'd recommend Road Runner highly based on my experience."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
